Bequest Language

Below is sample language that may be included in a will, codicil, or living trust.

1. Unrestricted Bequest

I give, devise and bequeath to The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Foundation, Inc. (EIN: 59-1711424), located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, the sum of $________________ [or ___ percent ( ___% ) of my residual estate; or the following property ____________________________; or all the remainder of my estate] to provide unrestricted support as determined by the Foundation Board.

2. Support of Existing Fund

I give, devise and bequeath to The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Foundation, Inc. (EIN: 59-1711424), located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, the sum of $____________________
